ATEX drum heater is a single induction coil that heats by an alternating magnetic field, the temperature is self limited and with ambient temperature of 20°C the temperature of the drum walls can reach 123°C.

ATEX induction base usually added to the ATEX drum heater, or used separately, heats the drum from the lower part, avoiding dense material at the bottom of the drum.

ATEX drum heater and base are certified ATEX II2GD Eexe II T3 – zone 1 e zone 2.

The ATEX certified lifting is a mobile unit that allows to easily, safely and fast lift the ATEX drum heater in the production environment.

The lifting is certified to requirements of ATEX directive 94/9/EC for non-electrical equipment and Machinary Directive 98/37/EC.
