It was born as an evening of “all bike” in Olgiate Molgora and, year after year, the Tecam Trophy organized by Gestiolimpia Brian Val is growing, transforming into a women's cycling classic, an event that recalls the Elite cyclists from Lecco together with the young athletes of the Women's Under 15, Women's Under 17  and Junior categories.

On Friday evening, on the occasion of the fourth edition, Italian, Argentine, Russian, Israeli, Australian, New Zealand, Greek, Swiss, Spanish and Colombian athletes competed in the streets of Olgiate Molgora

The event “like a track” began with the Scratch test for Women's Under 17  and Women's Under 15  where the winners were local favourite Ingrid Corno, born in 2011 and raised in Olgiate Molgora and representing the SC team. Cesano Maderno, and Michelle Spinoni, born in 2012, also a member of the Cesano team.

Among the Juniors, Sara Peruta of Petrucci Gauss won the Scratch event, while in the Elite-U23 match, Lara Crestanello of Isolmant Premac won, beating her teammate Emanuela Zanetti and Elisa Valtulini of Vini Fantini Bepink.

The evening continued with the Elimination tests in which Women's Under 15  Michelle Spinoni (SC won again Cesano Maderno), Women's Under 17 Nicole Navazio (GS Fiorin Cycles) and the Junior Melania Minichino (Biesse Carrera Premac). Among the Elite – U23s, Sonia Rossetti (Vin Fantini Bepink) won with Lara Crestanello (Isolmant Premac Vittoria) and Giulia Zambelli (Biesse Carrera Premac) in second and third place.

The results of the individual tests allowed us to draw up the performance ranking of the Omnium which saw Michelle Spinoni (SC Cesano Maderno) win among the Women's Under 15 ahead of Carolina Testa (Salus Seregno De Rosa) and Elisa Sanna (SC Cesano Maderno).


Among the Women's Under 17, Nicole Navazio achieved final success in the Omnium (GS Cicli Fiorin) with Anna Venditto (Casalese Armofer) and Ingrid Corno (SC Cesano Maderno) to complete the podium.

In the Junior category, Sara Peruta (Petrucci Gauss) won the Omnium with a 3-point advantage over Alessia Locatelli (Biesse Premac Vittoria) and 5 over Sofia Zara Lamprea (LMC Bogotá).

Finally, in the senior category, success in the Omnium went to Lara Crestanello (Isolmant Premac Vittoria) ahead of Sonia Rossetti (Vini Fantini Bepink) and Emanuela Zanetti (Isolmant Premac Vittoria).

The evening's protagonists were applauded and awarded by Angelo and Alessandra Campagna, managers of the Tecam company in Bernareggio, and Justine Mattera. At the end of the event, Gestiolimpia organizers Brian Val expressed great satisfaction with the success of the event and announced the next edition.
