The 1° Tecam Trophy
8 SEPTEMBER 2023 OLGIATE MOLGORA
Olgiate Morgora has prepared everything for the 4th Festival of Sport and Associations, organized by the Municipality in collaboration with the Polisportiva Aurora and several local associations. The big news of 2023 is that the event will not only take place for one day, but for a whole weekend, from Friday 8 September to Sunday 10 September.
The party will start on Friday 8th with the awarding of the first Tecam Trophy, a national women’s cycling race that will take place in the center of the town. Only women and girls can compete, who will compete in the categories Junior Women and Elite Women. The event will start at 17:00 with the meeting at the sports center in via A. Moro followed by the presentation of the various teams. Junior qualifiers will take place at 19:00, while Elite qualifiers will take place at 19:20.
Between food and fun you can also enjoy the 4x4 relay organized by Virtus Calco, which will be held on the same track, a city circuit of 800 meters completely closed to traffic, open to anyone who wants to take part.
The award ceremony will be held at 22:00.
For those interested in the same afternoon, inside the sports center you can experience some activities such as skateboarding and parkour thanks to Sbanda Brianza and Palestra Vita.
