The third edition of the Tecam Trophy, "Type Track" competition promoted on Friday by Polisportiva Aurora Brian Val Olgiate Molgora, was a celebration of women’s cycling: protagonists of the challenges that characterized the evening athletes of the categories Beginners, Allieve, Junior and Elite.

In the major category, the athletes of Isolmant - Premac - Vittoria dominated: 23-year-old Marta Zanga won the Scratch event ahead of her teammates Martina Silvestri and Arianna Giordani; the Elimination event, Instead, he saw Silvestri and Sonia Rossetti to complete the podium. The results of the two tests allowed Martina Silvestri, from Verona class of 2003, to win the Omnium classification.


Among the Junior, the evening proposed the duel between Melania Minichino and Romina di Sciuva with the 17-year-old Biesse - Carrera winner of Scratch and Elimination in front of the comasca del Canturino. Third, in both tests Giulia Zambelli, she also carries colors of the Brescia formation.

Foreign success in the Allieve category: Angelina Novolodskaia, Russian class 2009 member of the Spanish formation of Pc Baix Ebre Tortosa, has established itself in the final classification of the Omnium after winning the Elimination test ahead of Sara Peruta from the Cycling School towards L'Iride. The Scratch ended in inverted positions and Martina De Vecchi of S.C. Cesano Maderno in third position.


Martina Pianta has shown her worth by winning the Scratch, Elimination and final standings of the Novice category Omnium. The sprinter of the S.C. Cesano Maderno in the first race has conquered the success beating Francesca Consoli of the Cycling School Towards L'Iride and Sofia Azzola of the Ciclistica Ossanenesga; in the second race Pianta passed Giulia Ceroni with Sofia Azzola still third.




To attend the races in addition to Angelo and Alessandra Campagna, managers of the company Tecam, also Justine Mattera, Barbara Cazzaniga, technical manager of the women’s sector Lombardy; Debora Gatti, regional councilor of Federciclismo Lombardia; Alessandro Bonacina president of the lecchese committee of the Federciclismo and, representing the Municipal Administration of Olgiate Molgora, the Councilors Paola Colombo and Aldo Colombo.



The evening began with a moving moment of recollection that athletes, technicians and organizers wanted to dedicate to the memory of Samuele Privitera, the 20-year-old cyclist who left us on Wednesday after an accident while he was busy at the Giro d'Aosta. Particularly significant the choice of S.C. Cesano Maderno who decided to compete with the mourning arm to honor the young athlete Liguria Hagens Berman Jayco
